Denny guides yogis through yoga practices connecting breath, body and mind through movement and postures (asanas). He always finds fun and open-hearted yoga integral to connecting to self and community. ‘It’s not yoga if you’re not having fun and being challenged’ he says.

Denny is RYT (registered yoga teacher) through the Yoga Alliance and is certified as an Ashtanga yoga teacher. He also has teacher training in Freedom Style yoga with Eric Schiffman and Hot Nude Yoga with Aaron Starr. He has taught yoga in the Coachella Valley for two years and formerly taught at West LA Naked Yoga for 8 years.
