10 am THURSDAY MORNING OUTDOOR YOGA w/tgp and Denny Castle

Come out for a fun outdoor naked yoga practice at the beautiful Triangle Inn. The class is for all levels, and will feature poses to help with flexibility, balance, and strength. We’ll also share partner poses in our practice.

Bring a yoga mat, a towel, water, sunscreen, and your enthusiasm!

Session fee: By donation. The owners of the Inn allow us to use their mail pool and spa after the session.

Address: 555 E San Lorenzo, off Mesquite. Park on Random Road, and look for the “Yoga” Sign on the door leading to the pool adjacent to the Annex building.
