Come and take a break from the everyday stress life brings us. Join in a half-hour guided engagement of breath, with stillness and mindfulness.
These uncertain times require certain means of supporting us in our daily efforts in maintaining mental and emotional health. Clinical studies on meditation and mindfulness offer convincing evidence of reduced levels of stress and anxiety, as well as empirical changes in emotional states of depression. Please join us for a half-hour of guided, mindful, meditation. This session is offered as a public service to all. Donations in support of IHW, LLC are always welcome.
