Enjoy the freedom of movement in pose. Ideal class for those with little or no experience in yoga, or with limited mobility. We will build on the Restorative Yoga I session with the use of blocks and straps to enhance and deepen our poses. Save if you book both sessions! $20/session, $30 for both.
