Summertime is yoga time! It’s hot outside so let’s take it inside. Each yoga class will guide you to warm and stretch your body, and build flexibility, balance and strength. Yoga is a total body/mind experience, so you can work on your fitness goals and calm the mind in each 75-minute session.
