SUNDAY 5:30 to 7 pm CHAKRA ENERGY TANTRIC FLOW w/JIMMY

In the workshop, we will begin with meditation and breathing exercises, followed by slow flow yoga that links yoga poses, through breath, to all chakras (aka energetic points), with a particular focus on the root, sacral, and heart chakras. We will wrap up our workshop with partner and small group yoga, which will also place an emphasis on the root, sacral, and heart chakras, to celebrate and share the male energy with mindful connection and bonding.
