Come and take a break from the everyday stresses life brings us. A half-hour engagement in breath, stillness, and mindfulness. This event rescheduled this week for Thursday 26 March at 12 noon PDT.

About the Event
These uncertain times require certain means of supporting us in our daily efforts in maintaining mental and emotional health. Clinical studies on meditation and mindfulness offer convincing evidence of reduced levels of stress and anxiety, as well as discernable changes in emotional states of depression. Please join me via a Zoom video link for a half-hour of guided, mindful, meditation. This session is offered as a public service to all. Donations in support of IHW, LLC are always welcome.
