Celebrate the season with our final Thursday night yoga practice of 2022. We will build strength and heat through vinyasa flow postures. Partner poses (optional) will end our practice and bring both balance and calm to body and mind. You’ll be both energized and relaxed and read for holiday fun.

Arrive between 5:45-5:55pm. Be ready to begin at 6:00.
Cost: Holiday special $10 recommended donation.
Bring: A yoga mat, towel & water. And your sense of fun & adventure.
