Celebrating this month’s full moon, our Thursday yoga practice will build some internal heat to balance the ‘Cold Moon’ energy. Once warmed up, yoga moon salutations will bring balanced, calming energy into our bodies and minds. You’ll be both energized and relaxed

Arrive between 5:45-5:55pm. Be ready to begin at 6:00.
Cost: $20 recommended donation.
Bring: A yoga mat, towel & water. And your sense of fun & adventure.
Be Covid vaccinated, and please, come showered & fragrance free.
