Returning to Integrative Health & Wellness! In the Hatha yoga style, uniting body, mind and spirit, this class is for men who enjoy the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga. Combining vinyasa (flow), Hot Nude Yoga, and ‘freedom yoga,’ classes help you connect breath, body and movement.

About the Event
Returning to Integrative Health & Wellness! In the Hatha yoga style, uniting body, mind and spirit, this class is for men who enjoy the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga. Combining vinyasa (flow), Hot Nude Yoga, and ‘freedom yoga,’ classes help you connect breath, body and movement. Although classes are non-sexual, the yoga practice promotes a safe, sex-positive environment. Classes are mixed level. Experienced and new yogis are welcome.
Date & Time: Thursdays, 6:00-7:15pm (Dec 1, 8, 15 & 22 no class on the 29th)
Arrive between 5:45-5:55pm. The space is occupied until 6:15pm. Be ready to begin at 6:00.
Cost: $20 recommended donation.
Bring: A yoga mat, towel & water. And your sense of fun & adventure.
Be Covid vaccinated, and please, come showered & fragrance free.
