Celebrate yourself and community in this weekly yoga practice. We start with warm-up stretches, then build strength and heat through vinyasa flow. Finishing with savasana, our intent is bring both balance and calm to body and mind.

About the Event
Celebrate yourself and community in this weekly yoga practice. We start with warm-up stretches, then build strength and heat through vinyasa flow. Finishing with savasana, our intent is bring both balance and calm to body and mind. You’ll be both energized and relaxed through this class. Yoga experience is preferred. Shed your clothes and inhibitions and join us. Partner poses (optional) will be included in our practice.
Arrive between 5:45-5:55pm. Be ready to begin at 6:00. (Doors are locked at 6pm)
Cost: $10 recommended donation.
Bring: A yoga mat, towel & water. And your sense of fun & adventure.
Be Covid vaccinated, and please, come showered & fragrance free.
