Come and take a break from the everyday stress life brings us. Â Join in a half-hour guided engagement of breath, with stillness and mindfulness.
These uncertain times require certain means of supporting us in our daily efforts in maintaining mental and emotional health. Â Clinical studies on meditation and mindfulness offer convincing evidence of reduced levels of stress and anxiety, as well as empirical changes in emotional states of depression. Please join me via a video link for a half-hour of guided, mindful, meditation. Â This session is offered as a public service to all. Donations in support of IHW, LLC are always welcome.
