MINDFUL MEDITATION

Meditation by the Sea

Clinical studies on Mindfulness reveal a number of improvements to one's state of health, including greater focus, deeper relaxation, and an improved sense of well being.

MINDFUL MEDITATION is offered every Wednesday at 12 noon PST online and in Studio with sufficient student interest.  Enjoy a half-hour of guided breathing and relaxation techniques designed to bring facilitated awareness, mindful stillness, and quiet.
